You have the following options:
- Change passenger data (name/s or phone number)
- Cancel your entire booking or parts of your booking
Please note: if you want to change the date or time of your journey, you must first cancel the original trip. You will then receive a refund voucher equivalent to the price of the canceled items, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be displayed in the next step of the cancellation process. You can then use the cancellation voucher to book your new tickets via our website.
